SNARL is made up of a village of strong, likeminded individuals who believe that animals with disabilities deserve to live full, quality lives. Our community is incredible and we hold a very unique, close relationship with our supporters. 

We operate entirely on a non-profit basis, run by volunteers. We are foster based, with no central facility, animals enter directly into foster care. Official Canadian charity status pending.
